At Our Father’s Table, there is a great deal of meaningful work that happens beyond the serving line. Volunteer Leadership Roles are ongoing, skill-based positions that support the daily operations and long-term health of our ministry. These roles are ideal for individuals who feel called to serve consistently behind the scenes — helping with organization, planning, communication, and stewardship. Each position includes training, clear expectations, and a defined term commitment, and plays an essential part in allowing our meal service and outreach to continue with care, dignity, and excellence.
